It was a relatively temporary itinerary, but the experience exceeded expectations!
The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from the train station (you need to notify the arrival in advance), it takes about 2-3 minutes (only 7-10 minutes to walk), the location is really great.
The balcony of the room is also incredibly beautiful, and you can see the mountain view when you open the window. The room is large and the configuration in the room is also very good (remember to get your toothbrush from the front desk). There is also a spa, sauna, etc. downstairs, as well as a restaurant.
The breakfast is also very rich and tastes good!

The hotel is a resort. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a large family suite for 4 people. Although we didn't need extra beds and bathrooms, we felt the sincerity of the hotel. Afternoon tea can be enjoyed in the lobby as soon as we check in, and SPA can be enjoyed in the evening. We visited the SPA venue, which is probably one of the few places for leisure and relaxation in Zermatt. So although the price is high, it is also a good match.

Advantages: 1/ Convenient location, about 500 meters away from the train station, the hotel also provides free shuttle service. 2/ The balcony of the room can see the Matterhorn, the view is good.
Disadvantages: 1/ The cleaning is average. I stayed for two nights in total. After my reminder, the waiter helped me change the towel (but the dirty towel was not taken away. What if I stayed for a few more nights)
2/ The hotel arranged the room with problems (I can't say they are unfriendly to us). The room rate for the view room I booked is nearly 3,000 yuan per day. The hotel has several buildings, and they arranged a room for me that was under maintenance. The door of the room is facing the stairs, and there is an unpleasant smell of paint when the door is opened. I have submitted a complaint to Ctrip, asking the platform to strengthen the evaluation of overseas suppliers and overseas hotels.
